Day 1: Visit Kampala cultural sites
After Breakfast, you will be picked from your hotel and drive to some cultural sites around Kampala. These will include Kasubi tombs where Buganda kings and royals are buried, Kabaka's lake and Palace, Nagalabi coronation site, Nakasero Green Market, Uganda Museum, Cultural Market, Bahai temple, and many other interesting sites, learn the real history of what happened in Buganda, the transformations they have gone through and how different cultures interact. In the evening, you will relax at Ndere Cultural center where you will see lots of entertainment in traditional cultural dances. Dinner and overnight at your hotel,
Day 2: Depart for Jinja Tour.
Early break fast and drive to Namugongo Shrines where the Uganda martyrs were gruesomely murdered. Later proceed to Jinja, with enroute visit to Sezibwa falls where there is cultural history related to Buganda Kingdom. While in Jinja, you will Visit the White Nile that is seven times the volume of the Zambezi and the longest river in Africa. Visit the mighty Bujagali falls and get a chance of seeing the real sparkling white water of the Nile as it forces its way through the stones. You will visit the source of the Mighty River Nile where it starts its long flow to the north of the continent. Return to Kampala in the evening, dinner and overnight at your hotel.
Day 3: Transfer to Fort Portal and cultural tour
In the morning, transfer to Fort Portal with enroute visit to Nakayima tree in Mubende, where you will learn interesting stories on the history of this amazing tree. Proceed to Fort Portal where you will visit “Amabeere ga Nyinamwiru” (Breasts of Nyinamwiru), a cultural site where you will learn more history of this amazing site, visit the King’s palace, the Karambi tombs, and in the afternoon, take a community walk to the nearby villages. Dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Chimpanzee tracking and transfer to QENP.
In the morning, you will go for exciting chimpanzee tracking in Kibale national park, and later transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park where you will reach early enough to enjoy an afternoon launch cruise at the Kazinga Channel.See lots of game like hippos, crocodile, buffalos, elephants, and water birds. Dinner and overnight at Mweya safari Lodge.
Day 5: Game Drive and transfer to Mbarara.
Early morning, you will go for game drive where you will see game like lion, elephant, bush buck, water hogs, leopard, hyenas and many more. Later transfer to Mbarara, dinner and overnight at Lake View Hotel.
Day 6: Visit the Banyankole Cultural sites and transfer back to Kampala
Wake up early in the morning and have breakfast after which visit cultural sites in Mbarara which include the Banyankole Kingdom shrines. You will also visit the Banyankole homestead and learn more about their culture, ways of life and the general life style. You will visit women groups and orphanage homes. After lunch proceed Kampala stopping at equator for experience stand in 2 hemispheres at ago, take lifetime photographs, and stop at Mpambire drum village for souvenirs and crafts. Arrive in Kampala in the evening in time for dinner and overnight at your hotel.
