Day 1: Drive to Fort Portal Kibale National Park
Have breakfast at your hotel and set off to Kibale Forest via Mubende, arrive by lunch time at Ndali lodge, then take a walk through Bigodi wetland sanctuary. The place is known to harbour rare flora and fauna including plenty of birds. Expect to see animals like monkeys, Uganda Kobs, bush babies and many more. Dinner and overnight at Ndali Lodge / Mountains of the moon / Primates lodge.

Day 2: Chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest / Drive to Queen Elizabeth
Have breakfast and proceed to park headquarters for a briefing about primates tracking. The walk through the park will be guided providing information about not only on chimpanzees but also on flora and fauna. Along the trek, you will encounter other primates like vervets, colobus monkeys, Mangabeys and 350 bird species. After tracking you will then transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park to reach in the evening. Dinner and Overnight at Mweya Safaris Lodge / Mweya Institute of ecology.

Day 3: Wildlife, Game drives & Boat ride of Kazinga channel
IEarly morning, have a cup of coffee and go for morning game drives to catch up with early riser. Watch out for game like the Leopards, Lions, giant forest hogs, hyenas, Uganda kobs, warthogs and others. After the game drive, drive back to the lodge for a late breakfast and later have lunch before transferring to the Kazinga channel for a Boat ride. The launch cruise will reward you with game like Hippos, elephants and buffaloes at the shores not forgetting plenty of birds. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge /Ihamba Lodge.

Day 4: Drive to Bwindi / Visit the neighboring communities
Early in the morning you will have breakfast and then drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park via Ishasha sector where you will have game drives that will reward you with game like tree climbing lions, antelopes, elephants and plenty of birds. You will reach the park in the afternoon and then check in your lodge. If still early, you will go for optional walk in the surrounding communities. Dinner and overnight at the your hotel.

Day 5 : Mountain Gorilla Trek in the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
In the morning after a heavy breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for briefing before heading for the memorable adventure in the forest to track the amazing apes.The tracking may take 2-8 hours depending on the movement of the giants in the wild.The trek is quite tiresome, however, meeting these great apes and spending some time with them is an exhilarating and heartbreaking wildlife encounter that Africa has to offer. Dinner and overnight at Gorilla resort / Buhoma homestead / Buhoma community.

Day 6: Return Trip to Kampala
In the morning you will have breakfast and then embark on the Journey back to Kampala. You will have en route stop over in Mbarara for an early lunch before proceeding to reach Kampala in the Evening.
