Ngamba Islands Tour - 2 Days Holiday on Ngamba Islands Chimpanzee Sanctuary


Day one: Transfer to Ngamba.
Breakfast then drive to Entebbe with picnic lunches. A speedboat will be waiting for you for your trip to the famous Chimpanzee Island. Arrive by about 2:30 for a briefing before heading to the feeding area where you will participate in the feeding of the juvenile chimps. (Please note that you will be required to have shots of Hepatitis A and B, Measles, (or had the disease as a child, Meningococcal/menomune vaccine, Polio, tetanus-up to date and yellow fever). Meals and overnight at Ngamba Tented Camp.


Day Two: Forest walk
Morning after breakfast, start the morning forest walk with the juvenile chimpanzees. You will be allowed to hold them while in the forest and you should expect to get very dirty courtesy of the playful chimpanzees. In the afternoon, take your speed boat back on the main land. (Accommodation not catered for on this day)

  • Expenses on Items of personal nature eg laundry, drinks and beverages etc
