Ssesse Island Tour (4 days)
Ssese Islands are a group of islands in Lake victoria on the Ugandan side. A number of islands that comprise the Ssese islands are becoming attractive tourist destinations some of these include the lutoboka bay on the Bugala island. Visitors in search for a quiet relaxing place, swimming in the fresh waters of Lake Victoria and sun bathing have found this place an ultimate destination to find all the comfort that they need.
Day 0ne: Depart Sssese
Depart from Entebbe by Launch to Bukasa Island or travel by car via Masaka Road to Nyendo then to Bukakata, cross the lake by the ferry and proceed to Bukasa Island. Meet the friendly Islanders, delightful empty beaches and the fascinating peaceful environment. Dinner and overnight at the Ssese Palm Beach.
Day Two: Explore
After break fast we’ll have a full day exploring the Islands. Spot Different species
of primates and birds en route .
Dinner and overnight at the Ssese Palm Beach.
Day Three: Relax at the beach
After breakfast we’ll go birding on the various Islands. Picnic lunch en route.
After lunch return to the Palm Beach, relax, take a walk around the beach and have a feel of the pure and white sand. Go fishing in the afternoon until evening.
Dinner and overnight at the Palm Beach.
Day Four: Explore the Islands. Return to Kampala after lunch.
